Website Terms of Use
Last updated: [date to be confirmed at launch]
This site is not yet published. Sections marked DRAFT or [TO CONFIRM] below are genuinely open and must be resolved by the clinic before go-live — everything else is the client-approved final terms text, not legal advice.
These Terms of Use govern your use of the London Skin Bar website.
Please read them carefully before using the website.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
These Terms govern your use of the website and booking services. They do not replace the separate clinical consent process for medical or aesthetic treatment.

2. Website information is not medical advice
Information on this website, including information in our Journal/blog, is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
It is not:
- personalised medical advice;
- a diagnosis;
- a recommendation that a particular treatment is suitable for you;
- a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional; or
- a doctor-patient relationship.
Treatment suitability can only be determined following appropriate consultation and clinical assessment.
You should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding your individual medical circumstances.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency medical services rather than relying on this website or contacting London Skin Bar.
3. Treatments
London Skin Bar currently offers non-surgical injectable treatments including:
- Anti-Wrinkle Injections — from £225
- Dermal Fillers — from £300
- Skin Boosters — from £399
- Fat Dissolving — from £180
These prices are starting/guide prices and are not necessarily the final price for an individual treatment.
All treatments are provided in person following consultation and clinical assessment.
Treatment availability may change.
The practitioner may decline, postpone, modify or recommend an alternative treatment where this is considered appropriate for clinical or safety reasons.
4. Consultation
A consultation forms an important part of the treatment process.
The practitioner may discuss:
- your medical history;
- medication;
- allergies;
- previous aesthetic treatments;
- your concerns and expectations;
- treatment options;
- benefits;
- risks and side effects;
- alternatives;
- expected results; and
- aftercare.
A booking does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be carried out.
The practitioner will determine whether treatment is clinically appropriate.
5. Treatment consent
Acceptance of these Terms of Use does not constitute consent to medical or aesthetic treatment.
Consent to treatment is obtained separately during the clinical process.
The practitioner performing the treatment is responsible for discussing the proposed intervention with you and obtaining appropriate consent.
You should provide accurate and complete information relevant to your health.
This includes informing the practitioner about relevant:
- medical conditions;
- medication;
- allergies;
- previous aesthetic treatments;
- pregnancy or breastfeeding where relevant; and
- previous adverse reactions or complications.
6. Eligibility
London Skin Bar's injectable aesthetic treatments are available to adults aged 18 and over only.
We do not provide these treatments to anyone under 18.
We may require appropriate identification where reasonably necessary to confirm age or identity.
7. Booking
Appointments are currently managed through Square Appointments.
When making a booking, you must provide accurate information.
Appointments are subject to availability.
A booking confirmation does not guarantee that treatment will be provided.
You may be contacted using the contact details provided when making your appointment.
8. Prices
The prices displayed on our website are guide prices unless expressly stated otherwise.
Current starting prices are:

Any cancellation charge will be applied reasonably and subject to your statutory rights.

A deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking for all paid treatments.
Where a deposit is required, the amount and applicable terms will be clearly displayed before the booking is completed.
Any deposit and cancellation arrangements will be subject to applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to remove or restrict any statutory rights you have under UK consumer law.
Where applicable, statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights will continue to apply.

You agree to pay the final amount confirmed for the treatment or service.
Payment may be required at booking, before treatment, immediately after treatment or at another time communicated to you.
13. Clearpay
Where available, Clearpay may be offered as a payment option.
Clearpay is a separate payment service and is subject to Clearpay's own terms and eligibility requirements.
If you choose Clearpay:
- Clearpay may carry out its own eligibility checks;
- your payment arrangement with Clearpay is separate from these Terms;
- your repayment obligations are governed by your agreement with Clearpay;
- Clearpay may apply consequences to missed payments in accordance with its terms; and
- any refund involving a Clearpay transaction may be processed through the relevant payment system.
You should read Clearpay's terms before choosing this payment method.
14. Refunds
Where you have a statutory right to a refund, we will provide the applicable refund in accordance with the law.
Where treatment has already been provided, whether a refund is available will depend on the circumstances, applicable consumer law and the nature of the complaint.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits your statutory consumer rights.
15. Treatment results
Aesthetic treatments are medical procedures and individual results vary.
We do not guarantee:
- a particular aesthetic result;
- a particular degree of improvement;
- that your desired appearance will be achieved;
- that results will last for a particular period; or
- that further treatment will not be required.
Photographs or examples shown on our website or social media are illustrative only and do not guarantee a particular result.
16. Before-and-after photographs
Clinical photographs may be taken where clinically appropriate and may form part of your clinical record.
We will not use identifiable patient photographs for public marketing, advertising, social media or website purposes without obtaining appropriate consent.
Consent to treatment does not automatically constitute consent to use photographs for marketing.
17. Clinical care and responsibility
London Skin Bar will provide its services with reasonable care and skill as required by applicable law.
The practitioner will make clinical decisions based on the circumstances of the individual patient.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to interfere with the practitioner's professional or clinical judgment.
18. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
In particular, nothing excludes or limits liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- clinical negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- any other liability which cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Subject to the above and to applicable consumer law, London Skin Bar will not be liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise outside the scope of the services provided.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
19. Website availability
We aim to keep our website accurate and available but do not guarantee that:
- the website will always be available;
- access will be uninterrupted;
- information will always be completely current; or
- the website will be free from errors or technical problems.
We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the website where reasonably necessary.
20. Third-party websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites.

We will consider complaints fairly and seek to resolve them appropriately.
25. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
The latest version will be published on our website.
Changes to these website Terms will not automatically alter the terms of an existing treatment agreement where doing so would be contrary to applicable law.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
27. No waiver
